Ok how do I put it should I use them together during 1 course or do I use them one after thee other I'm a newbee to this an this is supposed to be fourm to help so guys help before I doo something stupid thanks

Yes I finished a testo cyp course almost a month an half ago with advise from you guys I went from 70 to 80kg in 10 weeks now I want to get rid of the tummy hpoe that helps

Hey dude, you will do that with diet and cardio.. Steroids are not designed for this, maybe if you where dosing up on T3 then I'd advise it, however for this, HEAT / Lava / Bea Sting, etc.. All will aid to a degree but the diet and cardio will determine the result.
