I can get the following brands.which would you say is the best?

Illium
RWR
Nomad labs

all are 50mg/ml and in 10ml vails.

Little bit painful the injection, no where near as bad as other winnie injectables I have tried..

From my feed back the new pgw winny oil is good and as 00pump has mentioned the post inj pain is alot less then with the water based ones.

But if those are ur only option i'd go with RWR.
