Trenaplex A100 Axiolabs

I tried to verify my Trenaplex A100 on the Axio website. I entered the batch number, which is the only number on the bloody bottle.
The number is: TROX013

label is on the side of the bottle

and it says invalid product. Am I checking it incorrectly in the first place????

The label is still part of the old label system---- please refer to the website to see what I mean

they also will be releasing a new label system shortly.

Appreciate any help regarding this.
