first of all give us your stats and how long u have been training for,for now dont take the dbol but use either,heat,wasp or what u have bought(bee sting in this case)
u need to realise that your diet is 80% of the work.u are trying to build a brick house so u need the essentials to do so such as bricks,cement and water (protein,carbs and fats.) with out those u are not going to be able to do anything.diuretics (water tablets) will only give u instant weight loss that will only be put back on if your sodium content is high in your diet along with other factors...You find that u are probably not drinking enough water as it is and your body is holding on to any fluids it can,if you add in more water your body thinks it is getting more fluids than needed and wont need to store water. so first thing is,drink more water 3l + is a good start.
