I am urgently looking for a good appetite suppressant, my source said the F*ck Off supplement is quite good, then again I have not read anything about this product on the internet. My body reached a plateau and I still need 4kg to go. I am quite desperate to lose this and in two months.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated!!!

F*ck of fat is not an appetite suppressant but a fatburner and should be used in combination with a well-structured diet. It is really not a good idea looking for an appetite suppressant if thats what you meant. The people I know who have used appetite suppressants like thinz have lost a bit but then put on twice as much when they stopped as the body gets starved of nutrients and then clings to anything it can get. They also complained of lethargy and general fatigue when they were on the shit.

I would recommend that you make sure that you have your diet in place first before trying anything. Post what you eat on a daily basis so we can have a look. Fat burners will possibly be effective in combination with a good diet but will be useless to rely on them solely for weight loss.

F off Fat is a fatburner which some believe is pretty good. You give very little info with regards to your stats, and diet. Often people are under the impression that eating less will help you lose weight. This is a real misconception, as eating correctly and frequently has many possitive effects such as speeding up your metabolism. You should rather avoid appetite suppressants if you ask me and have 6 to 8 small meals a day. Throw in a protein shake or meal replacement shake and your good to go!
