For a lean bulk whey will always be better as mass builders are loaded with maltodextrin that will spike your insulin and cause fat gain too.most of us here are not fans of massbuilders. Food and diet should always be priority whether bulking or cutting and no supp in the world can replace it. Use whey pre and post workoutkavishsingh wrote: which will be better to get muscle and mass

Conclusion is that it is better to make up your own post workout cocktail. That way you decide how much protein, carbs, glutamine ect you get in
