My intra use to consist of the same when I wasn't on a cycle. I could feel then that my body needed some carbs to assist with the workout especially when doing legs. Now, the roids seem to be doing all the magic
I'm very carb sensitive, but am concerned that I could have a better workout/result with an intra. What is the minimal dextrose I can take with a tspn of gluts and tspn BCAA?

I start my gym session 05h30am in a fasted state so i like to get a little BCAA inside to keep from going catabolic
