How NB is an intra-workout drink was created by beemer
Hi All,

I just wondering how important an intra-workout drink is when being on a dbol/test bulking cycle (winny bridging into pct).

When on roids, I find that recovery periods during sets are alot quicker and I understand that the chances of going catabolic are also alot less.

Should I consider using an intra-drink? Perhaps there are some other benefits to it?

All comments are appreciated, as always. Thanks guys :)

Depends when you want to add your BCAA. Some intra workouts contain carbs and BCAA while others are purely BCAA with some bells and wisles. I prefer to take my BCAA before workout so i use a product called SSN cyto gaurd. Very good product

BCAA + Glutamine + Dextrose intra. No need for pre workout BCAA as it absorbs very quickly and your pre meal has some in

Depends on how long your session is. I don't buy into this "you'll go catabolic halfway through your workout" rubbish at all, I just have 50-100g raisins intra-workout with a banana to keep energy levels high throughout

Sorry guys Apparently it is true, cause its happened to certain people already, so I’m not taking any chances !!

My intra use to consist of the same when I wasn't on a cycle. I could feel then that my body needed some carbs to assist with the workout especially when doing legs. Now, the roids seem to be doing all the magic :)

I'm very carb sensitive, but am concerned that I could have a better workout/result with an intra. What is the minimal dextrose I can take with a tspn of gluts and tspn BCAA?

Deadgoat, my workout is an intense 45min

I will go with 25-30g Dextrose, 5-10g Glutamine and 15g BCAA.

I don't even take this much as a post work - currently taking about 5g of each with about 75g Pro-10 Pure Carbs as a post.

I start my gym session 05h30am in a fasted state so i like to get a little BCAA inside to keep from going catabolic

I also do that, quite difficult gulping down BCAA with plain water while training

@Beemer Being insulin resistant with that dose can't be good. I started taking chronium today for it. Will let you know how it goes.

The packaging says Pure maltodextrin. I was told and hope it is the same thing.
