bulking methods needed was created by marx
hi there. this post isnt actually for me but a mate. his stats run 68kg's, 1.65m tall, 11%bf 18years old. he has been doing weight training for 2 months but isnt picking up any size what so ever, but also he isnt using any supplements. he isnt a hard gainer and etas quite clean. his goals are to put on some size mainly not weight but obviously weight will be gained. he was recommended a mass gainer and a pre work out to get maximum results. what other options are there for him supplements wise.

A truckloaf of food and good quality foods. 4-5k cals daily with like 30-50g carbs per meal, 20-35g proteinper meal, 10-20g fat per meal.

You dont grow on that cals you wont grow on supps either.

Lets go!

Eat more / lift heavier is the best advice for now.
A good post workout mass gainer and a daily multi vitamin is all he should need

4-5k cals:p he's going be eating every half an hour! Surely just over 2k cals will do it, judging by his bmi! Maybe he should post his avarage days consumption? Us smaller guys have trouble consuming larger amounts of food:X takes some getting use to

4-5k calories at 68kgs and 1.65...... come now.. lets think before we post..

If he isn't picking up weight his diet is shit, tell him to eat more.. after 2 months training and at 18 it will take a while for that ball to get rolling in his head though, he is probably still at the stage where he is wondering why he isn't jay cutlers size yesterday.. Get him on some whey and creatine monohydrate, post his diet up here or what he eats on average as I know not everyone follows a diet, especially 2 month trainers who are 18. His stats are not horrible so he will grow, if he isn't a hard gainer then avoid the mass gainers, he will get fat..

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.
