I've found that the whey isolate and concentrate both mix very well in a small amount of cold water (20ml) (not hot), so I mix it in a cup just with a spoon so it becomes a thick creamy liquid and then add filter coffee with some sweetner-just like a creamy cup of coffee.

Has to be mixed completely-it congeals in hot water

I sometimes add any baking essence like vanilla, pineapple, orange, etc with some sweetener. just not too much though or it will be bitter.

I wend to the organic shelfs at dischem and got me some organic vanilla extract(only R19.95 a small bottle) Then i add a couple of drops to my whey and it tastes good.

If the Alcohol is a issue for you i know they sell alcohol free vanilla extract but just not sure where to get the alcohol free one. Also the dischem one i get contains only 35% to 45% alcohol so its not as bad as the essince that has more alcohol in it. Thats why i prefer the extract to the normal essince.

Nomu sugar free hot chocolate powder. Almost no calories (uses sucralose) and tastes yummy. 6g powder per serving. 35g peanut butter added to my before bed shake. For my post workout shake I use strawberry nesquick with dextrose, mmmm.

Prolabs produces flavouring agents that can be added to whey etc, comes in a small plastic container. Very affordable at only around R20 im a big fan of their strawberry flavour but each hes own hahah

I only somehow we could get all whey products to taste just as good as evox whey... :)

Might have been more i really cant remember too well as it was a couple months back, but prolabs flavours when i originally purchased it had just became available at dischem so if i recall correctly it really was that cheap or not much more :)

I still remember their newly synthesized l-arginine flying of the shelfs as if people had never seen it before... Still have my 300g of the stuff :)

i just use my flavoured whey to flavour my unflavoured one's. bssa choc isolaye is very sweet, but mixing half and half with unflavoured concentrate its perfect.
otherwise a little sweeto concentrate works nicely for me :)

Unfortunately its difficult getting hold of ondlier and exrtremely difficlut catching them when the got stock. The oke is very busy and sure he's got a big customer network. So unfortunately I have to order elsewhere and only unflavoured is available.

Yeah, ssa, supplements sa. I bought a 3kg ssa whey from game when it was R399, its now R599. Then got a kg of choc isolate. Had about a kg or less of the ssa, so just dumped the isolate in the container and mixed them together!
