hey guys just looking for suggestions on which supplements and which brands can give me huge gains. I already have a gym diet set by SSISA and a training program that focuses on intense super sets, cardio in between and consists of 2 sessions a day. i have been on it for about 6 weeks now and seeing results in 2 kg in size probably just water retention and a tad of muscle but not seeing massive strength gains, i know i'm being impatient but i cant keep up with this program, its killing me. no pain no gain I get it but wanna really enhance my training ability and really see those strength gains i'm looking for.
have no issues taking pre workout etc so don't be too conservative with ur replies at the same time i don't wanna seize over and die after a month. haha

if you are realy eating correct your strength should be at least 15% higher. correct carbs fats ant prot in the right ratio will do wonders for strength.

If working on body and character doesnt cost you something its woth noting. If criticism is all that proceed out of your mouth then know that is how you feel about yourself and depicts the health of your soul.

You might want to rethink your training program as super sets are more for leaning out and cutting! You might build a bit initially but after that you are going to go catabolic!

Like progres1v3 said, you might want to rethink your training programme. If you're trying to bulk up, drop the number of reps per set and increase the weight, to the point whereby your form is still correct.

Your diet will also make a huge difference bro, but that comes with a bit of patience too. 2 years back I managed to pick up 14kgs in 7-8 months by eating huge, training as hard as I could every session and getting enough rest.

I did use a mass gainer and a pre-workout, and the mass gainer was only used for a month because of its price. I eventually figured out that it was cheaper and more beneficial to eat well and big than it was to waste my money on a mass gainer. Got myself a good whey, and had better results relying on the food over the mass gainer for results.
