losing weight besides gaining

i started of at 50 now im 46kg , i lost some weight , i eat more than before and exercise and i even take a mass builder and saw no difference , being going gym for about 3 months now , any advice?

Kavishsingh DJ gave you a brilliant diet for free which would have worked magic. Yet you decided to still carry on with your old ways and use a mass builder after we specifically told you not to. I went to great lengths to explain to you why whole food is much better than a mass builder. And we TOLD YOU do not come crying back to us if you don't listen. No sympathy or help from me....

If DJ gave you a diet and you're still so tiny after 3 months then it's your own fault bud. You should've listened to him
