GABA and nightmares!?! was created by gorilla

So I started taking GABA and I must say that it works better than most natural slepppills ive used, it rapes melatonin btw.

Anyone used it and experienced weird nightmares?

I dreamt I was taking gaba and had a nightmare from it then it all started getting wacky and I slept for 12 hours soild last night.

i got a seizure or mini stroke or something from gaba. i was semi numb on my left side for 2 months

ive been using L-glutimine for a while. Then i got gaba. the dont produce that one anymore. muscle science. black bottlewith capsules. Thats the only thing i used differntly at that time. i look forward to that tingly feeling i usually get after 5-10 minutes after gaba. so i was just lying there waiting for the feeling and as the felling started i fell asleep but woke up immediately while i got some kind of weird spasm thingy on the left side of my body. from my neck to my toes. it was that same tingly feeling but 100x worse! after that i was a little numb on that side for a while. dont know what happend.

Hey Gorila! I recently stopped taking GABA cause the side effects are not closely worth the gains. Take just a little bit too much GABA and it feels like you are legit dying. Almost went to hospital the one night it was so bad. And for what? A promise of increased HGH? We don't even know if it's going to be enough to do anything.

Thanks pyro! The main reason im taking it is for sleep, no tingly feelings etc, just got tired and a moerse lot of heartburn!

What other sides could I expect, why did you almost end up in hospital?

Im taking SSA GABA

See guys, from my research i have found GABA to be the exact opposite of caffiene. Caffiene triggers/fires your nerve endings and that causes the stimulatory effect. GABBA bassicallly blocks the pathway between nerve endings and that causes the better sleep and relaxation.

i have no idea what happend dude. i can remember i tried to scream but there was just this weird catlike sound that came out of my mouth! lol. I'm fine now....atleast i think i am..i dont think gaba is dangerous though...it just made me lazy.

I've been using Gaba for about a year on/off no problems. i find that it can shorten your sleep. I'll wake up after 4 hours and feel like hitting the gym again. As for the nightmares ,i've experienced it does cause weird dreams.Also when i take it first thing in the morning i feel like going back to sleep again.

ZMA has the same effect, they both promote REM, mavey has something to do with the deep sleep. After iv had dreams the night I feel well rested.

the only place were 'success' comes before 'work' is in the dictionary

Only took a little to get used to it. Then one night I decided to up the dose and stop kidding around. That night it felt like I was being burned from the inside out. Couldn't sleep the entire night. Short of breath. Like I said ALMOST went to hospital but I didn't cause I knew it was just the Gabba. 5 Hours of that really sucked hey!

How much did you take, you shouldn't go more than 5 grams bud

Could be anywhere from 5 to 10g I usually heap just the front part and that comes to about 3g

the density is 1.21 g/cubic cm so 1 level teaspoon is already approx 6.05g
