Im coming to dbn this week till friday.

The liquid beef is sold under "Liquid Amino's" made by AAEFX white bottle. Im using 8 tablespoons a day. Love it , must admit you get hooked on it and cant stop drinking it. Maybe you can do an online review for us?

Online the best thing to do is go to www.aaefx.com and check out the liquid amino product. Or google "liquid beef amino's" there are mixed reviews. It works great for me you cant mickey mouse it thought with a table spoon here and there , go for at least 6 table spoons a day. Ideal dose it apprently around half a bottle a day. I not there yet I use 8. Makes my skin break out though and gives me hot flushes after a couple of days of use...
