Has anyone else used 1.M.R pre work out, i got some sample packs and WOW, explosive work out and extreme pumps, i normally use Bullnox or superpump and never got such extreme pumps, anyone else experienced the same?

I tried 3 scoops and it wasnt so great tbh...Energy, some pumps...Nothing major...

I dont like concentrated stuff hey, 2 scoops NO explode is about 45-50g 2 scoop jack3d,1mr,noxipro etc is like 10g...

But everyone is different if it works for you that kwai bro! B)

Try 5g arginine with scivation xtend....WOW!

too much stimulants in it IMO. The extreme pumps were most likely as a result of you having more energy than you knowing what to do with and then working out harder/longer.

for example: the proprietary blend is just 3.5g. for beta alanine alone the effective dosage is 3g... see what I'm getting at?

Glad you enjoyed it, but not for me

Dude!! I've heard about this stuff. So it sounds like its worth the money? It would be nice to have something like this to sip on during my fasted workouts. I've heard of both HumaPro and Xtend but I haven't seen either at any supplement stores in my area.

Not worth the money hahaha but a great product.

If youve got the cash go for it bro, but dont cut on something else...

Never tried humapro though...

I gooi 5g raw arginine with a serving xtend,,,insanity I tell you

haha am i one of the last few to rock good ol oats and raisins? ... :whistle: and use that 400 bucks for an extra 10kgs of chicken haha :blush:

Hey PP.

I do oats,raisins,honey and a lil fat free milk an hour pre workout, then about 20mins pre workout I chug down the pre workout...

Will never give up my oats! NEVER! :P

I believe firmly it helped me gain...

ya bro def! its a winning recipe :silly: ey iv just learnt, there are far more valuable things to buy that will benefit me then a pre-workout.. it leaves me appetiteless post workout, and thats when i need the food.. supplements are a marketing thing in my opinion, sure the pump is good, but so is carb up's and shit loads of water haha :lol: whey protein, good multi vit, and some omegas.. is me set haha

I have to agree, but its nice to buy a supplement every once in a while hey...Thats just me haha like on leg days I like to take something,but I HATE stimulants! vasoconstricting bitches,less blood,less nutrients,less growth!

I just do whey,multivit,vitC,omegas and every now and then a vitB12 shot...

I prefer a Nitric Oxide based pre workout. No funny rush with tingling, just the pump. It opens up the veins for nutrients to flow freely too. Have an espresso with that.
Oats & honey 1hour before......
