how does some of your guys vitamin mineral, and ess fatty acid taking look like for the day??

Just ordered me the war multivit 300. Last 3 months and contains lots of good stuff. I also take omega 3 and 6 and sum otha efa twice a day

i take 1 tablespoon of flax seed oil and 1 tablespoon of macadamia nut oil every day.more than enough efa's in there.

i take a good multi vitamin on a double dose, extra vitamin c, folic acid, Vit B complex injection every 3 days, as well as EFA and CLA caps.

its a cold pressed oil thats full of essential fatty acids and high in omega 3,6,9, these oils are very good for the body and can aid joint lubrication as well as fat loss....

as to cook with? if anyone is cooking with olive oil they should stop that now,as soon as olive oil is heated above a certain temperature the chemical make up changes and it therefore isnt as healthy for u after being heated. rather cook with spray and cook and then add the olive oil/flaxseed oil to your food post cooking.

I'm not sure we are talking about the same oil, Flaxseed oil comes in gel tablets. (As far as I know.....)

I use the cold press dischem brand flaxseed oil... same as DJ. You fin it in the fridge with all the other Oils.
I pour two full cap over 3 of my meals, that I have during the day. From that I am getting over 30g of EFA's
Its best with your rice, potatoes and veggies.

Try this on your Chicken, Veggies, Salads, Steak, Tuna, what ever.
When you waiting for your food to warm up or cook get yourself a small glass dish and add the following...

SKYTHS EFA SAUCE
10ml Flax seed Oil
5ml Lemon Juice
5ml Balsamic Vinegar
Ground Black Pepper
Sprinkle of rosemary, sweet basil and omega seeds.

Trust me it tastes awesome and it's all good for you.... Now actually enjoy wolfing your food down :)

Olive Oil Myth: Heating a cooking oil will make it saturated or a trans-fatty oil.

The Facts: As far as making a saturated fat, according to Dr. A. Kiritsakis, a world renowned oil chemist in Athens, (Book - OLIVE OIL FROM THE TREE TO THE TABLE -Second edition 1998), all oils will oxidize and hydrogenate to a tiny degree if repeatedly heated to very high temperatures such as is done in commercial frying operations. Olive pomace oil and virgin olive oil are both highly monounsaturated oils and therefore resistant to oxidation and hydrogenation. Studies have shown oxidation and hydrogenation occurs to a lesser degree in olive oil than in other oils. But in any case, the amount of hydrogenation is miniscule and no home cook would ever experience this problem.

I have lots of ideas. Trouble is, most of them suck.
