R485 for 5kg is cheap? What the hell was it before!?
The guys here seem to like Evox and recommend 5XL all the time. People go on about how expensive supps are and then when the prices finally drop they question the quality of the supps. That is not a stab at you, I just find it funny.

Vaano, I think its still decent quality. I think Nurtitech sells a mass builder like 5XL for less and I've heard good things about them as well.

You can't compare Evox to ON. Evox 100% whey is around R400. ON whey is around R900+. Both for 2kgs...

lol awe it looked suspect to me thats why i wanted to know if it was the quality of the supps that dropped, but by the sound of things it hasnt! i think at game prices of supps vary coz ive been to a few and there prices are either higher or lower which is crazy!

i think the new has like 10 more proteins and on the back it is glyceamic carbs or something :pinch: just go to if you want the exact amout go to google images and search evox 5xl formidable mass table and evox 5xl muscle meal table

Edit:oh and the formidable mass is only a 5.2 kg

Edit 2:im realy confused with there "regular" and "formidable" servings no onr is going to put 12 50ml spoons of powder in there drink or they mad or something :/

i use 5xl an have no complaints...i last paid R420 and it came with another 1 kg which works out to 60 servings, IMO R420 for 60 servings is a ridiculously good price

Where did you get that price? I take it you got it from dischem as they the only ones I think that still have the 5kg+1kg free deal. It's usually closer to R550.

The Evox products should have decent compositions. If i am not mistaken the Sports Science Institute is involved with the formulation of the products. Don't know about the quality of the raw material but it should be them same raw material the other local brands use. Only so many places in SA they can source from

the new 5xl formiddable mass is the old mega grow. Its one and the same. The formiddable mass has a high sugar content and is thus cheaper than muscle meal.
