Day one. Take one scoop. It doesn't mix well. Almost as if its filled out with tile grit. no amount of stirring in a glass or shaking in a bottle will dissolve all the powder. The best you can do shake and then swirl before swallowing it like some sort of suspension... Don't feel nothing.
Next day take 2 scoops. Same problem with mixing and same issue with effect... There is non.
Day 3. Saturday morning. Leg day. Three scoops. The container recommends 1-3 after assessing tolerance which I've now mos done right? Wrong! Halfway through my second quad exercise my stomach begins grumbling and turning. I feel kinda offish but I'm made of stern stuff so I ignore it and I power on.
Get home an hour later. I run for the toilet with ridiculous cramps in my bowels. I spray the bowl with small pellets like a gangster would spray a house with automatic fire during a vicious drive by in a dodgy area. This repeats itself 3 more times all through the weekend. By Sunday afternoon my ass is raw from all the wiping and I'm cursing the heavens.
I don't get sick very easily. I've got a strong system but that stuff must contain tile cleaner for me to react the way I did.
Six Star Nutrition NO Fury: 2/10.
