In normal shaker:2 scoops Whey Protein,1/3 cup raw oats,4 egg whites,200ml low fat milk.

If everybody does it, is it still cheating?

when i wase bulking i used to mix a liter of fat free milk, with 100grams of fat free milk powder 100 grams of whey protien,2 table spoon of natty pbutter and 2 table spoon of mac nut oil,il drink 2 liters of this or more a day.

when i mix oats in there i tend to puke lol

il rather mix some vitargo maltodextrin or a mrp in there than oats, thats if u need some more carbd, but the milk have plenty, but if ur an ectomorph u may need more, but the shake taste gr88!!

well dude make up your own concoction..if u take 60g of whey protein, and 100g of oats and 40g of peanut butter, blend it will a stick blender in about 300ml of water(i dont like to use milk cos of the high amount of lactose which can cause fat gain) that will give u a high calorie meal of 66g of protein, 65g of carbs and 30g of fat(healthy and plant fats so no unhealthy fats there) so u get a meal consisting of 794 calories

YOU NEED:
4 heaped Tbsp soy protein powder (from health stores)
1 cup fat-free milk
1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
2 tsp honey
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
1 raw egg (optional, not for pregnant women)
Ice cubes

DO THIS:
Blend and drink.

The Wimpy Shake:
1 serving vanilla whey , half tub fat free cottage cheese, teaspoon sugar free peanut butter , cinnamon , 5 ice cubes and about 150ml water. Blend that up

It is not what car you drive, but the size of the arm hanging out the window.

When trying to gain weight... in the morning I use to make a thick assed blended shake consisting of the following...
All-bran, wheatbix, oats, banana, half an apple, peanut butter, scoop of whey, scoop of meal replacement, four egg whites, cinnamon, omega seeds and honey... all mixed in fat free milk and water.
It ended up being a Litre of pure thickness. Must have been well over 1000 calories in that bad boy... was good to kick start my day.

But I now find the following is much easier, cleaner on the diet and I don't even blend it to make life easier: 60g Whey, 80g oats with some cinnamon :)
