We dont really believe in supps bro, most guys here do oats and raisins pre-workout (I add honey and milk or I have weetbix with milk and some sugar- hardgainer  )

Post I have some whey and glucose/dextrose (same thing, dextrose is D-glucose).

Intra I like vitargo, but normally I stick to water...

Supps are overrated bro, the only supps ill buy is: Whey, glutamine, omegas, flaxseed oil, maybe some creatine(every now and again) oh and I like the occasional pre-wo, but i have a theory that stims are counter-productive to gains - they are vasoconstrictors meaning the constrict bloodflow thereby decreasing nutrient absorption.

I have a pre-workout cocktail that gives the best pumps!! Take 20g bcaas(optional), 5g creatine, 5g arginine, 3g citrulline mix together and down with your pre-workout meal!

Lets go!

When you train plays a big part. I train early in the morning so my routine goes like this:

pre workout: Currently trying NO explode but i don't care much for the pre workout craze. A espresso is normally fine for me.

Intra: BCAA

Post: Whey/simple carbs/glutamine

1hr post workout: breakfast

Its not ideal to do weight training in a fasted state but i can't eat so early. If i do try and have some oats and whey my workout goes for a ball of s...

Arginine/taurine/beta alanine is stuff you can add as a pre workout drink. Most pre workouts have them but in much less than optimal dosages

I agree with gorilla, i think pre workouts are overrated and FAR too expensive for the purpose they serve,i mean sure you feel something when you are on them but i believe its more of a placebo effect...

That said i used to be a big believer my favorite was jack3d and i literally couldn't gym without it but then money became and issue and ive never looked back its been four months and ive gained way more using oats and rains as a pre workout

Moneys not an issue anymore but i still dont think ill ever go back, going into gym with the right mentality is far more important and will give you more than a scoop of overpriced stuff in a tub thats not even scientifically proven (creatine being the exception)

Cook your oats bro and eat it with raisins, I sometimes eat the oats raw, but that tends to leave me hungry in the gym and my performance kaks...

Eat your pre-wo meal 30-45mins prior to your workout, test what time works best for you, I like 45mins better though...

Have some dextrose/glucose with your whey post workout and add 10g glutamine + 10g BCAA's - this should get you super anabolic....

Lets go!

Bro, iv used Wired, Jack3d, Shotgun, NO explode and yeah, they all give you tingles and a "pump", but honestly the BEST pre workout iv ever used and have been for ages now is 2 cups uncooked oats, with honey in a bucket thing haha, 10 eggs scrambled in another bucket container thing, then a mug of black coffee, i add some glycerine in the coffee and a glass of grapefruit with creatine.
about 40 to 30min before workout. Your strong, full of energy, pumps last waaaay longer, and along with all my meals everyday its great as a good breakfast aswell since i train early morning.
On my way while im driving i chow some raisins aswell like gorilla said.
My multivitamin and all my tabs i take after my workout, and my bcaa's are in my 3l workout bottle.
Awesome bro. :)

i make it exactly like this.
Put my 2 container buckets out. Put 2 cups uncooked oats ( normal plain jungle oats ) in one container, boil the kettle, once its boiled, pour as much water in so that when i mix it its watery like, then i pop it in the mic for 2 minutes, while i do that, i crack 10 eggs and mix that up, when the oats are done i mix it and itll be all puffy and airy then i put some honey in and mix it up. i pop the eggs in the mic, scramble them, then while thats going im drinking my creatine with the grapefruit and making my black coffee, add the glycerine. Then i sit down, watch some BB vids while i eat it. Then make my way to gym.

i have 10 eggs on days when i train, i have 2 days off in my split when i dont eat as many, i take some cholesterol tabs in the morning.

i guess, but i have a huge appetite and an extremely fast metabolism and if i dont eat enough, then i feel weak, its somthing iv always done, iv tried swopping oats for pro nutro some days etc but nothing works like that.

Before every session i walk / cyckle for 15 mins, just to get warmed up, blood flowing then a small warm up with light weights and then i klup it, i have gotten sick while doing legs and back but not because of the food, because of how i train.
try it, i dont mean by any means eat as much as that, but try the same thing and let me know how it worked for you.
Goodluck man
