Clover WPC suggestion and questions was created by North_Boy1
Hi Guys,

I also use Clover WPC. Firstly a suggestion to all who thinks the taste is weird. Pick and Pay sells a product called Active Whey (Active Nutrition)in a 425gram container cheaply for R35.00. Mix it with 2 to 3kg WPC and consume as needed. Not a bad taste at all.
Secondly a question to all - How much of the WPC do you take per serving and per day.....I mix mine with 2% Low fat or fat free milk.
Thirdly another question on WPC - I train from 5 to 6 in the morning. Before training I eat a banana and make the following shake, 2 scoops WPC, 4 egg whites,half cup oats,300ml low fat milk. I drink a third of the shaker before training and two thirds thereof on arrival back home after gym.

Your valued opinions would be highly appreciated.

Greetings.

NB1

If everybody does it, is it still cheating?

@dj,

Sorry dude, I meant to ask whether the consumption of the shake is at the correct time?

well if i was u i'd have the oats pre work out and cook the egg whites, have it as a meal 45-60mins pre work out,post work out just have the whey..if u are worried about picking up fat have it with water,if not then bust the milk,the lactose will give u an insulin spike so it will help shuttle nutrients to your muscles.
