does anyone know how to make it , all the time i make it , it taste weird , how do your guys make it? , any recipes or ideas and tips on how to make it , is it good for muscle building?[/sup][/sub][/sub]

Open box pour into bowl add milk stir then eat !

Take the box, open the top of it, cut open the silver seal bag, pour 1/2 the box into a bowl,add milk and stir with a spoon. Take spoon in your hand,bring spoon to lips,place spoon in mouth,close mouth and drag spoon out of mouth,leaving all contents in the mouth,move your jaw up and down,commonly known as "chewing". Once chewed enough, swallow. Tada done.

I like to do the initial mix with water - takes out the clumps easily.

And i like the stuff. Getting good results with it. Will handle the slight difference in Bicep size on my third arm over the weekends. Wife likes the third nipple.
