Best Creatine on the market?

Hey guys,

A good friend wants to put on some good lean muscle and increase his strength. He is completely anti steroids so he won't go that route. What Creatine product do you rate as the best on the market and what other supps would you recommend?

yeah why not. im on a cycle at the moment and still take my creatine 5 days a week. every bit helps i suppose

Get your bud to email dj for a custom made diet and training program that will work better than any creatine , and if you compared some creatine prices with his diet prices he works out cheaper.
