The fat contien is much lower than most

to much sugar dude, will probably hinder your fat loss as there will be insulin released. and it cant be 1490cals with only that amount of carbs and protein and fat. oats has a sugar content of 1-2g per 100g versus 19g of sugar.

bud what most people get wrong is that fats are the devil, the body needs fats to functio, most of the time these low fat products are full of carbs to make up for the fats...fats are essential, obviously u would rather go for vegitable fats or fats that are in grown products vs animal fats but u still need them...so the fats in oats is nothing to worry about...

Allot of rice? I'm starving... stupid metabolism is off the scales.
I think the diet you referring to has changed since then Endomorph.
I'm dieting down on 2500 calories now... sounds like allot... but its really working.. at 4% now!
I do a mixture of brown rice, sweet and normal potato... its yummy

If you want I can post my new diet on my pre-contest thread?
