supplements sa

Hi Guys

I bought some whey the other day from Game they had a special running on a 7 pound tub which works out to be about 3.2kg of whey from supplements sa was R456.00. Got the chocolate flavor taste pretty nice a little sweet but nice. What do you guys reckon about supplements sa whey and as a brand?

I use it, its good.

The thing I don't like about their whey is the fact that it has fructose added, which promotes fat storage more than glucose

They don't add frustose anymore. The formula has changed. Only sucralose which has no caloric value. I think this is a very good value for money product.

According to their website it has fructose in, but then that's probably outdated.

In that case, I'd say it's quite good value for money too!

I use it aswel. Tastes great too.
