Best Supplements for fat burning

Hi Guys

I just want to find out which supplements are the best to use for fat burning and to increase your metabolism? Some guys in Dischem said I must use Biogen slimstick or something like that but I know you guys said I must stay away from Biogen.

So please let me know which supplements will be the best to use from SSN, Supplements SA and Evox

Hey man, someones going to say it so it migbt as well be me... Although these commercial fat burners are very popular for the general public and do help to increase metabolism or using FFAs for fuel to small degree, it would be more effective if you had a good diet (lots of green tea IMO ) and trained correctly. above that they are really expensive. only commercial fat burner i have found to be effective is global poison, but i think it's banned in most countries now and muscle wasting.

Once you have the basics sorted out you can turn to stimulants like clenbuterol, yohimbe and EC stacks.

yip, agreed! nothing over the counter is going to help you much. focus on a good diet for now. save the money and buy some nutrient dense foods

Thanks guys. I had the same feel. thinkn the guy just tried to smeer the biogen stuff on me because I asked for SSN Whei protein and glutimine and straight away changed the subject to the biogen products( guy works for dischem)

My eating plan and workout is sorted. I'm starting tonight so lets see how it goes

Good stuff mate, remember the people working the floor at big pharmacies and supp stores are also salesmen and to a degree want you to spend. Best advice, read up on something before you buy it. Also a thing to consider, look at the weight of the content when buying supps and whey, I know Biogen market there goods in massive containers.

No pill will make you lose fat! Those pills will ONLY cause damage! Your safest bet is this = eat 80% of you maintenance calories with a 40/40/20 ratio, train fasted and after training do 20min brisk walk on the treadmill with incline, drink a cup of green tea with sweetener before training (no milk/sugar)

That's what will get you to lose FAT!

Would just like to check, so if my diet is in check, is it okay if I countinously take Alpha Lipoic Acid and Chromium Polynicotinate?

Might be a brand name for salbutamol/ albuterol. If so yeah, second time I'm cutting on it before doing clen. It works the same way as clen, (acting on the same receptors) but it's half life is only 4 hours and it's thought to be milder. Still works IMO, just remember it still down-regulates your receptors so the same rules apply as for clen.
