Whats up guys,

Whats best to use post workout? Is it Vitargo or Dextrose?
Ive red on the internet that Vitargo moves faster through the stomach than Dextrose

Ive always used Dextrose with my Whey but would like to know which one is more beneficial

It will always boil down to budget, personal preference. I prefer Vitargo but it is more pricey and digests easier, not such a heavy spike then dip in insulin levels as well. Digested easier

SPS is a great product but pricey. I've switched to Pro10 PureCarbs which is affordable (about R100 a bag). Its a very quick release carb drink so make sure you have your post workout meal not too long afterwards.

MAX OUT your expectations of what is possible for you...you CAN handle the weight

My 53c: Vitargo gives a better insulin spike and digests better and and and... However Dextrose does all those things less well but at the end of the day it will still give you what you were looking for. Vitargo is super expensive whereas Dextrose is dirt cheap. Ondier sells it for R25/kg. I use it myself and it jobs.

If I may ask, is everyone using dextrose/vitagro with creatine or just like that after a workout? I also recently started taking 30g dextrose daily with my creatine post workout cause it works out so cheap. Paid R155 for 500g creatine mono + 1.5kg dextrose + delivery from basic supps.

If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you

@ Wimmas. I also bought Creatine and Dextrose from basics. Great price. I use the dextrose to help the creatine get absorbed. havent tried Vitagro, but I think the creatine/dextrose combo is good. Worked well for me.
