Creatine Mono vs Creatine Ethyl was created by Motivated
Hi Guys

I placed an order this weekend with Ondier for Dextrose and DAA.

I see he has two diff creatine's= mono and ethyl ( if I spelt rite ) , I have just bought Evox creatine mono and am now wondering which one is better and should I rather go for the ethyl?

The dextrose was for me to take after gym with the creatine and glutamine.

Thanks.

I have a question with the begginer strength cutting cycle but will post under cycle discussion.

Creatine mono is best in my opinion. It's probably the most researched supplement and type of creatine and hasn't failed anyone.

If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you

Creatine hcl wins hands down, no contest. I read that ethyl is not very effective at all, so between mono and ethyl its monohydrate!

According to science and the manufacturers, Creatine Mono HCL needs to be loaded in the beginning when you start using. Creatine CEE (Ethyl Ester) apparently does not need to be loaded in the beginning due to the fact that absorption is increased.

Creatine HCL does not require loading, monohydrate is the only one that requires loading.

Mono does not necessarily require loading.

HCL and ethyl ester doesn't require loading, but thing is, ethyl has been shown to break down to creatinine (the waste product of creatine) much quicker than monohydrate, thus not as effective.

Monohydrate is king.
