Ideal Supplement Choices was created by MK
I'm wanting to try out some supplements to help maintain (or even help boost) my strength/power and possibly endurance. I will probably go and get some in the next week or so, but I wanted to get some opinions as I'm not clued up in this department.

I'm keen on getting some DAA, and was wondering if an additional natural test booster would be of any additional benefit, such as ZMA. Any suggestions would be appreciated :)

Some supps that I've looked up are:

Nutrex T-Up Black
Purus Labs D-Pol
SSN Anabolic Drive
Supplements SA Eurycoma Longifolia
Animal Stak
ON ZMA
SSN ZMA (R200 cheaper than ON)
BSN Axis-HT
Purus Labs Recycle
Gaspari Anatropin
MuscleTech Alpha Test

Any of these worth while? Thanks

I can vouch for the ssn zma and anabolic drive,it helps quite a bit when not taking steroids...

These natural test boosters do nothing for me so can't really comment on those but the DAA definitely works. Also heard good things about the animal range of products, too expensive for me though.

Ive been taking daa and zma everyday since i finished my cycle and i think its helping quite a bit, i also use beta alinine and crea mono everyday and alot of bcaa's with cardio. I also use some other supps sometimes, i find supplementing off cycle is quite important not only to support gains but the mental feeling of being on something gets me pumped up and helps with motivation but that could just be me lol. I get all my sups from ondier.

Ok thanks guys. I will definitely consider the SSN products as I used to use them years ago and enjoyed them, plus they're much cheaper than most brands.

So will get the DAA and ZMA, and how many grams of BCAA's should I have each day to get the full effect? Will either get the SSN BCAA's or the SPS BCAA'S Muscle Candy.

10gs pre, 20g intra would be optimal finished off with 5g l leucine, 50g dextrose, 5g creatine and 5g glutamine and 60g whey post workout. The l leucine and dextrose combination create a stronger insulin spike when used together.

Ok cool thanks for the help bro, I don't think I'm gonna spend so much on different supps, would rather use the money for better quality foods.

Just trying to decide whether the Purus Labs d-Pol will be better than getting the SSN Anabolic Drive (which has half as much DAA but also has ZMA). Also going to use some Creatine Mono.

Thanks

Ingredents of both looks the same aside from the Anabolic drive which as a test booster in it. Are you suggesting taking both?
