herbex diuretic

Hi guys. i found this product from herbex and its said to control water retention and bloat. Ive been so damb bloated tje last 2 weeks. must say my diet is not up to scratch as im not cooking for myself and living in guest houses all over. im busy bulking so im just making sure im getting enough chow in to grow like a beast. my accual qeustion would be how safe is this herbex diuretic to use and has anyone used is before.

I don't know this product but for a natural diuretic dandelion extract and buchu work pretty well.

thanx bro. this is a natural diuretic made fron buchu dandelion goldenrod and there is a 4th herb but cant recall. well ill give it a bash it is natural so cannot be so dangerous if kept at regular doses
