hey guys im i was thinking of going back on a pre workout but dont know what to use been on crea pump dint feel it anymore thinking of going on hemo rage black with a creatine mono whta u guys think any addvice on a leke pre workout

i think the problem is you are using pre work outs too often, u shouldnt need to use them more than 2x a week, they are there to aid your training on difficult lifting days, the more you use them the more desensitised you become to their positive results.

Try using shotgun VPIX(the latest one) or animal pump. the best preworkouts ever. but only use of for big muscles. Like back chest and legs. Like DJ said. only twice a week. although i use it 3 times. your body must not be immune to it
