Good day All

So my question is as follows , my training partner can suffer sometimes from high blood pressure. We were using N.O Xplode for pre workout but he had to stop as it caused his blood pressure to go up after a while. Is there something economical on the market that he could try or is it just one of those things?

Thanks all.

Creatine + Glutamine. It's not going to stimulate you, but once the creatine fills up ATP stores you should be lifting a bit better.

I take that + BCAA's and and caffeine on days I feel shit - I avoid caffeine because you become use to the effect and grow attached, if not a bit dependant on it.

To the extent that you've noticed it? In that case any vasoconstricter and nitrogen precursors are out. Only option is food?....

The question should be , why the high blood pressure ? Overweight ? Smoke ? Caffiene intake ? Salt foods ? low protein ? Oversleep ? Shit diet ?

First sort out the high blood pressure, then look at sups and pre workouts.

Jacked micro has hardly any stims except for 100mg caffeine(which is fokal), shouldn't effect blood pressure. Give it a try.

Leucine, Arginine, and most NO products that don't have stimulants, actually lower blood pressure

As much as a brewed coffee, wouldn't say "fokal"(sic).
