bio strath review

side effects , effects , does it increase weight , makes you more hungry? , whats your view , does it work

It's a multi-vitamin, nothing to get excited about.

Yeah it's not going to exactly help with any muscle gains besides the fact that it does increase appetite. I used to take it years ago as a student and it also helped with concentration. But I can't think why a bodybuilder would get excited about it.
