No sides that I know of or experienced when using he 3dt,just hated the aftertaste. WRT the HCL,I took it in the morning on an empty stomach as I trained first thing the morning.,can't remember exactly but I think u need to take it about 30mins before training. Only took it on the days I trained. There was no need for a loading phase,it worked from the first dosage.Blackhammer wrote: Hey Gambit,
