Hi there Guys

Never thought this would be an option for me. But seems it is time. I have always been fit an train for the last 15 years. All of it has been endurance ( have done 3 Iron Man's ). But time for a change.

The last 2 months I have been on a stick diet and wight training. (compound movements)

I have dropped from 96kg to 86 kg and body fat from 17% to 12 %.

But know I am stuck. Not losing fat and not gaining weigh. Think it is time to do my first cycle.

What do I use and where do I get it from in Rustenburg. Dont want to do the injections because I donate blood.

First get your diet and training sorted my man then we can talk steroids. I am 100% sure this is where your problem lies.

Thanks for the feedback guys. Sorry did not read the rules...my bad.

I have my diet down to a science. I am on a ketatone diet. Work wonders.

But know I have leveled out and need something new to get me through it.

Can I ask you to suggest products?

Have you had a cheat meal? Maybe you just need to kickstart leptin levels again? I know that you are on keto, would a cheat meal work?

Hi guys.

No cheat meals. It took me 3 weeks to to change my hormonal balance so that I can go Keto.

Dont want to wast that.

Diet:

Wake up at 4 am Pre workout: Muscletech Nero Core

5am : Crossfit workout
6am : Mustletech post workout
7am: Protein shake, no carbs (CLA, omega 3 and 6, multivitamin, Liver detox)
9am: Peanuts and almonds
12pm: Meat: Chicken or tuna or fillet. again no carbs or vegies (CLA)
3pm: Peanuts and almonds
6pm: Meat: Chicken or tuna or fillet.(CLA and liver detox)
9pm: hGH supplement with a table spoon of peanut butter

And I drink a lot of coffee no milk or sugar.

As I stated in the first post. I drop 10 kg in the first 2 months. Down to about 11% body fat. But would like to gain some muscle weight but keep the body fat dropping.

Would like to keep my Keto fire burning. hahaha

U are going to get to a stage with Keto were u start to loose slowly and loose muscle unless u add some fibre veg / greens after about 6 weeks...to build muscle u need starch potatoe rice ect which u can start to add in small amounts later on ...or measure your calories and run a deficit to cut and slight surplus to build.
