You can use any. Centrum A-Z, Biogen Multi, bio-strath , they all do their job....

You can always add some D3 5000iu in winter as your body will not be exposed to sunlight.

Animal Pak is very good. It's a big dosing of pills yet alone if you are using it in conjunction with other orals. Farts are potent on Animal Pak!!! lol

I've always preferred Opti-Men. Has decent doses and the 180s are a good deal.

I use Stamina grow. 4 tabs in the morning with Creatine.Then when I get to work I take Evox formidable mass.
I must say those tablets are the best.

Besides the bodybuilding multi-vit like ssn and stuff.....what do u guys think of those sold at Springbok Pharmacy usually cheap and in white containers...are they crappy or worth taking?

Depends on composition, if it contains all the vitamins in high enough doses I see no reason to look down on pharmacy or locally produced products. I.E. Dis-chem sells a product that's essentially Centrum, but with better doses and more vitamins. IMO brand shouldn't sway you; composition should. Same goes for omega 3 oils, look at the concentration in each tab for value for money.
