Well basically the supplements at the top has strongest scientific evidence supporting it. As you go down it becomes more worthless. There is a "worth it" line. Anything below that line is a waste of money

See bud the thing is that worth it line is probably for average individuals with an okay diet. Not for bodybuilders or fitness athletes or the like. Also don't agree with the level of evidence they are talking about. For example Creatine has not just been studied well, it has been studied extensively and thoroughly.

As it says "cognition" underneath creatine, I assume that it's only been listed there for the amount of studies (and proof) regarding creatine's positive effects on cognitive function.
