Id die if i eat 4000-500cals of whole food. I eat a whole food diet of 1700cals and it already TOOOO much for me sometimes. Thats whats been keepig me from most of my gains because i struggle to eat that much. The only way for me to get extra cals is to pound them down in liquid. And then even thats a struggle lol
