Please help a beginner out here!! was created by DJ Demonian
Hay peepz, I'm {REMOVED}. I'm 17 and started the gyming business bout a year ago. I'm using Creatine HCL at the moment but don't seem to see an improvement. I was wondering what supplements you guys suggest I use to help muscle growth. ( keep in mind I have a limited budget...)

Generally bodybuilding is not a cheap sport IMO. Your diet and training will be the most important, supplements (except whey) don't do much but I do use some: Whey protein, Creatine Mono, Branch Chain Amino Acids and a Preworkout. Perhaps post your diet and training and lets start there.

Just trying to understand the way your wrote this.
You gym 5 days a week for 1 hour at a time?
You box daily for an hour
3 days a week 1 hour leg lifting?

As for you diet can you elaborate as to how many meals per day and what they contain. Just give Monday as an example because tuna, salmon and vegies with potato does not mean much.

If you aren't growing, eat more clean food bud. This might mean you keep eating when you are already feeling stuffed. You are a very active guy and it is going to be harder to build size with all that exercise. You need more calories. This won't be what you want to hear but the answer is food, not supplements. The only supplement you need is whey protein, then maybe some creatine.

I'm with Fillet on this one, you have to admit you put your training in a very ambiguous manner. Can you be more specific?

That also makes it seem like you eat only two meals a day?

You say you haven't seen much improvement, but how long have you been using it? Also, as mike123 said, use creatine monohydrate instead, And then as Muscleaddict said, most important supplement is whey protein, followed by creatine. But good eating and a proper training regimen is a must.

Give us a detailed decription of what your diet and training looks like.

Also, body stats might help, (height, weight, bodyfat %) as well as the goals you're trying to achieve.

Thnx Muscleaddict, I had thoughts about it being the food. I'll look into whey protein instead of other supplements.

My training:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday's, I do 1 hour boxing and 1 hour Weight lifting, such as Bench presses etc.
Monday, Wednesday, Saturday's I do 1 hour legs in the gym or else I'd just go cycling for 10km.
Sometimes I do a full body workout on a Sunday, depends on how much time I've got on my hands.

Is this Training enough or should I increase the time I spend at the gym everyday? I'm considering 100% Whey Protein

What Fillet said, what are your goals? If you're looking to gain muscle, I'd say you're really overtraining.
