Hey Guys,

Has anybody ever used Magnum Nutraceuticals Performance Greens?

I'm looking for something to take just as a general health 'booster' so to speak (beyond my multi-vits), and I came across this stuff.

The ingredients list in this product is longer than the side effects list for vit c.

@morning77, I'm not looking for something to replace my fruit & veg, I'm looking for something to supplement it, to make sure that I'm really giving my body everything it needs.

Definitely expensive. But you know what else is expensive? Getting sick.

I realized the other day that I have no problem spending R500+ on protein, but wouldn't do it for vits+minerals. I had a serious WTF moment, had a little pep talk with myself, and now I'm ready to prioritize on my health.

dude,
this is just another hyped up supplement to be honest, why supplement your body with something it can get from REAL foods, i mean yeah whey is a convinience food, and then there's things like multi vits, joint supports, pre workout, glutamine, bcaa's that your body cant get in high enough amounts to fulfil a certain purpose

looking at the ingredients list again, some of the stuff is clearly under dosed, if i were you, i'd try it once, create your OWN opinion, and/or actually buy myself some pure spirulina and then eat a lot of "superfoods" if you want to make sure that u are healthy,

I agree with morning. Nothing better than good clean food! If you feel like your body isn't getting enough from your diet, change your diet and eat a bit more veggies. I would rather spend my money on other supplements such as Whey proteins and pre workouts
