I only buy creatine if the label says '100% pure creatine monohydrate' - for what the label's worth.. I don't buy any creatine mixture

Supps do have their place but if you can afford to,then rather eat food... Personally I've even dropped preworkout's and discovered strong black coffee with some oats works the same

Just my 2c

Edit:if you hard up on taking a creatine though Evox works well

Screw science, if the HodgeTwins said it it must be true

In all seriousness it's my understanding that creatine monohydrate (which includes "creapure" but the hype is nonsense) is backed by far more empirical evidence than any variants so this is probably the best and cheapest option, but provided you're taking a dose sufficient to maintain saturation it won't make any difference whatsoever.

I only warned you not to be rude when you have a different opinion about something, I NEVER said you are not allowed to disagree with others.

As for the Hodge twins video, Creapure just is micronised creatine monohydrate from a German company. Even the local USN and Muscle Science use Creapure in their creatine monohydrate products. No point paying double for Creapure from a USA import when you can get it cheap from a local supplement company.

i think the easiest rule of thumb without getting to scientific is any form of monohydrate that does not have an USN sticker on will work well

Because two guys sitting in front of a webcam looking like they have just woken up have a better knowledge on what works better than the countless scientists with PhD's and years of studies have concluded... Mono does just as good a job as any other form of creatine.

in before, but they bigger than you.
