You can buy this at any Pharmacy. Ask for B12 and B comp. 1ml each twice a week if you have a hectic lifestyle lol. Cocktail the 2 compounds.

Bcomp will give you a sting, feels like you injecting led if you pin intra muscular. You'll get used to it very quickly. bcomp subq burns like a mofo but b12 is smooth.

Always follow the correct pinning procedures.
