Hi all

I used to belong to this site a few years back but after being dealt a low blow I sort of lost interest in training and such. After loosing my logins etc I have now re-registered and looking to get myself back to where I was.

Current Stats:
Weight : 120kgs (was 122.9 a week ago)
BF : More than 25 percent.

Previous Stats:
Weight : 94kgs
BF : 7.5 percent

Currently have my diet in order with my multi meals per day and using a MRS from USN for in between meals.

Am using the product I used to think was not so good being Phedra Cut Lipo XT in Combo with CLA.

Doing 30/40 mins cardio daily Mornings (Burning estimate 550Kcal)

Also doing weight training Monday to Friday (Evenings)

I know there are more effective fat burners and supps out there and would like some feedback from those in the know (who have done this or know how to). I am open to any suggested supplements whether they be USN type or other.

Thanks in advance guys and look fwd to being a part of this community again.

Dion

if you belonged to the forum before you should know we are going to ask you what your current meals look like?

USN...Phedra Cut...eish, never seen this to outwork a good nutrition plan.

how did you previously get to 7.5 BF? have you tried doing that again?

There is some good info on fatburners on the forum, you could use you search functionality to find those.

Hi there.

The method used before was more chemical combined with diet and hard training. More Clen etc.

Also used to train MMA with Shuriken in Durban (and they used to grind us into the ground) Literally been out of game 5 plus years and ate like an idjut. ;-)

Currently diet/supps looking as follows:

BREAKFAST:

Veggie Omelette made with 1 whole egg and 5 egg whites
2 slices sead loaf
small fruit of some sort

or

1 cup oats mixed with Pro Protein GF-1
apple

or

Low Fat fruit smoothie

LUNCH:

170g Lean Mince with some salad and a medium potatoe

or

Tuna Sandwich

or

2 grilled chicken breasts with some cooked veg and or salad

DINNER:

200g Roast steak
mixed veg
salad

or

2 large grilled pieces of fish (hake or haddock)

or

another chicken dish with 2 chicken breasts with veg.

basic diet just to get things going again.

also have a serving of whey protein between breakfast and lunch and another between lunch and dinner.

Then before bed a serving of Pro Protein GF-1

Before any meals I am using the phedra cut and after using CLA caps.

Nothing too hectic but want to work with supps that are known. Need to drop the BF and up lean muscle mass as fast as possible. I am seeing the weight leave at about 2kg per week but am concerned that that is muscle leaving as well.

you not counting calories?

How many calories is this meal plan?
How much do you need per day to maintain/lean out or build muscle?
