USN Creatine HCL and Water was created by AlexRon
Hi All

Need some advice on something, finished my course about 2 weeks ago and started using
USN Creatine HCL as of this past Sat:
www.usn.co.za/product/hardcore/pre-worko...reatine-hcl-101.html

My problem is that I need to drink 2-3L of water a day as per the label while using the product, but I take 4 pills before gym at 7pm at night, this means that when I sleep for 8 hours, im not getting any water in during that time..

Is that ok or a problem?

As long as you drink 3L during the course of the day you should be fine.

On a different note, I dont know how you manage to take thous tablets...I tried them a couple of times but every time they made me gag and almost throw up.

Now I use just your standard creatine monohydrate.

If its worth doing, its worth doing properly.

Just get urine dip sticks and check that no protein or blood is in your urine, as long as that is ok, you good to go. Also look at creatine after training, it's more effective

The only reason it suggested to take Creatine with 2-3L water a day is to prevent stomache cramping. Creatine is not liver toxic so do not worry about that. In a study on athletes taking 10g Creatine Mono per day (which is a lot more than the recommended dosage) for 4 years, liver enzymes remained unafffected throughout with a slight decrease in LDH (a liver enzyme), suggesting no liver toxicity. Creatine HCL is super expensive compared to Creatine Mono and not any better. Also don´t use USN bud they´re crap.

It's not the creatine. Ask the lads, a while back I downed 30grams of creatine at 9 in the evening by mistake thinking it was casien... I slept like a baby just didn't drop the kids off for a couple of days
