Intra Workout (BCAA's) Advice was created by Smalguy
Hi Guys

Looking At A Few Intra-Workout Supps As Im Not Really One For Pre Workouts Etc But Training At 9 In The Evenings I Seem To Become Very Exhausted So Am Looking For A Good BCAA Supplement As They Have Worked Great For Me In The Past ..

A Few I Have Noticed That Seem Good

SSN Cyto Guard vs SSN Cyto Maize

Nutritech Amino Boost

Titan Labs Myo - Guard ( looks The Best 2 Me 8g BCAA and 2g SAA per serving )

I Get These Brands Dirt Cheap So YEah Which Ever Is Best ??

Any Advice Or Insight Would Be Great Guys

I'm also not one for pre-workouts as I don't like stimulants. But try out nutritech vaso NO3 pre-workout. It is stimulant free and will give you a good pump. As for the BCAA's take at least 20g intra-workout (or more if you get it cheap) and it doesn't matter which brand as long as the ratio is 2:1:1 or higher in favour of leucine.

@muscleaddict haha yeah i know that badboy next time stack it with amplifys ampli pump .. pumps for years but taking a break now so yeah the bcaa's are more important , the amino boost from nutritech has a 15g complete amino & electrolyte complex and the ssn cytoguard has 18g hypertrophy activating amino acid matrix but both are proprietary blends so yeah makes it impossible to judge the ratios

BCAA loaded Biogen is very good. Been using that last month.
7500mg BCAA's. Very high and not badly priced either.

I mix a teaspoon of Creatine with it as well as L-Glutamine and sip 20mins before training and during keeping a little for once workout is finished.

Maybe also try Titan labs amino rush(not sure if that's what you referred to), but it gives you a very good boost in strength and has pretty good taste. Just beware of the crash, you'll struggle to drive your car home after your workout

@Tank
Yeah the amino rush and myo-guardian are different products only thing about the amino rush i dont like is its like 6g bcaa per serving so 4 me its like 4 servings intra workout so a tub is gonna serve me maybe a week .. but overall great product used to use it .. the caffeine is usually 2 blame 4 the crash ..
