I used basic quite a bit in the past, however lately a lot of things have been out of stock so switched to BSSA. Try using Facebook to contact Basic, normally get some response there.

from what i been reading.. basic supplements is known for the delays.. but quality is apparently good.. as for bssa, ive bought from them, no issues and great service.. you should try supplement factory though, i just received my 2kg unflavoured whey tonight, and its great, mixes great! price is quite competitive too

it is good news... altho im stil waiting for a reply for a query... im a lil afraid to iorder from them

Personaly I wouldn't order from them again, I needed they product in the beginning of the month not at the end , and hopefully they are going to deliver within this week like they said.

Feedback to customers is super critical in all industries, good or bad news. BSSA won me over on this, ordered some casein and their supplier was late. I got 2 emails a day updating me on the progress until my order was dispatched.

I won't be ordering from them. That is shocking service. Pity, because they have some good deals. This also put me off BSSA a while back, although things have "mostly" been sorted out there now thankfully.

Unless you ordered and payed for the Mythical Maximal pack from BSSA sometime last year and still haven seen or heard a thing..!

The rest of our products moves big time- no more issues... but this Maximal Pak is taking up all our tolerance

You can do a million things correct, but when one product does not perform up to standard it will damage your reputation for the future..

A little businesses strategy advice from my side

Remove the product out of your range until you have sorted out the distribution or "the problem" then do a relaunch of the product back into your catalog.

I think the members that's involved should once refunded reply with feedback so that we can solve the ouchie

yo ondier... finally a place i can get hold of you.. i think the email thing is down again.. the halaal certificate for the Leucine query... btw guys, i was following the maximal pak issues.. but ondiers service other than that is top notch!

So recieved it last week Friday, have been trying to find a good mix for it to taste better but wasn't successful yet, now I just mix it with bcca powder from ssn for some taste but still just chocking it down as fast possible. Any ideas from you guys ? I got whey isolate and dextrose

I mix my whey and dextrose with some coffee...tastes awesome!
