Hay guys

What are your fav choice of multi-vit , I am currently using nutritech multi-vit and I'm not really seing a Difference in the color of my pee

I used to be a big fan of Animal Paks. But the Milk thistle is just too high. Using SSN's Muscle Multivit packs now

I will try the SSN next month in sted of the nutritech and see what the SSN does

I am using Dischem's gold multi vit. Works great. Only need to take 1 a day. It's reasonably priced too.

Betavit from ciplo is also a great multivit.
Been using it for about 10 years now.

The Mens Daily Pack from USN and SSN Muscle Vitamin Packs are the only ones I wold consider at the moment as the give you everything you need from a vitamin an mineral perspective.
