Hi all,

I need some input on this, just tell me what you guys think of this and if its basically save to do.

I can get Caffeine cap 200mg per cap and 1.3 dimethylamylamine 50g per cap, is it advisable to take 2 caffeine caps and 1 1.3 cap as a pre-workout?

if use the 1.3 caps for a while now (Max 2 days a week not more) so was wondering by adding the caffeine if it will give that extra kick and will it be save.

No heart problems/Blood pressure or any of that things.

My honest opinion: drop the 1.3 dimethylamylamine.

You can use it once or twice a week but don't over do it.

Use the caffeine add some monohydrate and you're good to go.

Caffeine yes.

DMAA you can try and see how it works for you. It's highly stimulatory so it kicks like a donkey on heat but for some unlucky folk like myself, on some days it causes a debilitating crash. Interesting that you can get it pure like that.

Same for me. Yeah you can buy it on Chromeshop made by Sups SA. Crazy, I know

Yeah been getting it from them for some time now, as i said i am only using it max 2 times a week, mostly on Tuesdays as its chest and legs on one day...crazy i know :cheer:

What i meant to ask was is it it advisable to add the 2 caps of caffeine with it? i have never tried caffeine caps before, but the 1.3 i know.

I find the problem with stimulants like DMAA is once you're used to training on it, you can't train properly or enjoy lifting without it. It becomes less effective as your body gets used to it so you have to take more or add something else for a kick.

That seems to be the case with most things that enhance WO's. PreWO stim's just need to be used at the right time. I use them most sessions when I'm on a cruise but very rarely on a blast for example. Or if I feel good and I want to hit some PBs or just have a "overtraining" session I'll jack up :) but these are few and far between.

A really good stim if you guys can get hold of it is DEFCON-1 by platinum labs. No jitters, no crash, tastes good and does everything you want. I personally steer clear of DMAA but each to there own. But yeah I see no issue adding it with some caffeine, many of the banned stim's had both in there.
