I used the one from supplementssa but felt so kark after training and had no appetite I rather stayed away. Stuff does not agree with me.

Haha. Ya I have. Actually made a thread about it awhile ago. I don't recommend this at all. Yes the workouts are insane but it's just not worth the crash afterwards.

You cannot buy Hellfire from dischem. You cannot get any Supplement SA the last time I checked.

Hellfire changed the ingredients anyway so no more DMAA.

As for the DMAA alone. Well I took two the one morning for cardio. Going to be honest here, the session was amazing. Felt like dancing on the Orbitrec. But shortly after that, the crash. Felt sick. Not good at all. Had to go get dark chocolate and berry juice just to feel better.

They come in caps so splitting the dose can be tricky. I always recommend NOT TO OPEN CAPS. There's a reason the damn thing is in a cap and not a tablet. It's meant to only be absorbed in your stomach and not on the way down already.

Listen man, Ask yourself why you want to use this. It certainly wont directly give you gains. It'll only give you more energy along with a crash afterwards.

My rule: Building muscle = 30% training + 70% recovery. If using this will make the recovery more harsh it's probably not worth it.

I saw it's not on Supplement SA's website. so I emailed asking why. response: "We removed it from our website due to too many novice individuals purchasing it and not adhering to the warnings and as a result, complaining about side effects. We did the same with Nightmare. Both are still available through our network of stockists ... but not directly online where young consumers are easily able to obtain."

Sorry i lied, got my other pwo at dischem the hellfire and dmaa i picked up at the game in bayside.

As for them removing due to people abusing it, i tried it i think twice all at the recommended dosage and ir was kark.... would not recommend it.
