Hozit guys,

Green coffee bean extract for fat loss. Worth it or useless?

Says it contains Chlorogenic acid which apperently ihibits the release of glucose to the blood helping the body abtain energy from fat.

Is this worth buying and using?

Worth it for the guys selling it. Useless for the guys using it.

Why would green coffee bean extract be any different to roasted coffee been extract? i.e. coffee

Caffeine is known as a stimulant and slight appetite suppression. So there is some activity (albeit it very very small.

The site I read stated the following:

Chlorogenic Acid is believed to be the main active ingredient in green coffee beans. That is, the substances that produces the weight loss effects (1).

Unfortunately…. most of the chlorogenic acid is removed when coffee is roasted (2).

Anyone here tried it?

I have also done a lot of reading and I have read the same Hudlim. But it is very expensive. We can get a very good quality but I still need to do my homework on it regarding serving size and pack size. Not sure if it is something we can sell raw and if it needs to be capsuled.

I'm sure it'll work better in a capsule form. Some studies did look promising but as usual they weren't done in perfect circumstances.

If I recall correctly the placebo group lost about 0.7% body-fat over the 6 weeks trial and the group taking the green copy bean averaged something like a 3.6% body-fat loss. I did state that the coffee bean needs to be in raw form and that it loses its ability to metabolise carbs better when roasted.

Yes Hudlim I'm talking about the pure Green Coffee Bean extract. Not roasted. Contains 45% of the active ingredient
