Depends how much you trust your knowledge. There's a lot to be gained I terms of knowledge on this forum and the rest of the net, but chatting to a doc (who isn't just anti steroids) is a good way of making sure you're healthy and stay that way.

Oupa - What should a guy of 51 run twice a year? I know it's off topic but we all know USN is sh*t.....

If I run just a test cycle is a PCT cycle still necessary afterwards ?
